Nicole Richie takes full charge when caring for daughter Harlow, almost 2, and 1-month-old son Sparrow, insiders tell OK! magazine.
“Nicole Richie doesn’t like the idea of nannies raising her children, so she and Joel Madden are very hands on,” notes one source.
Adds another: “Joel jokes that he’s the official diaper changer.”
Nicole’s dad, Lionel Richie, 60, is also a big part of her baby team, bringing her over presents, holding the kids and singing them nursery rhymes.
In fact, Nicole jokes that Lionel and Joel, should put out a children’s album together, since they sing to Harlow and Sparrow so much.

I totally agree with them!I don't like nannies too...I think that even possible, it is better to grow ours children by ourself! ;)
