Nicole Richie has some fabulous new footwear designs coming out for Spring 2011.

The Spring/Summer House Of Harlow 1960 footwear collection is a mix of wedges, platforms and chunky heels, some featuring the on trend cut-out detail and another pair featuring her signature starburst design.
