Recently Nicole Richie has gone from having beach blonde hair to now having dark blonde/ash hair with blonde tips. 
Although i do prefer Nicole's entire blonde look i do I love the colour on Nicole on the right picture, the tips look slightly lighter and it is perfect for this season.

It is definetly a great colour for fall, but i adore the light blonde hair on Nicole.

Honestly, I don't like it. I think she should either go blonde or dark brown. Right now it looks like her hair color just washed out. But it does look better now than it did at the event she was at.
I like it! I was tired seeing her all the time with blonde hair.
