X17 photographers spotted moving trucks in front of Nicole Richie's Hollywood Hills home, packing up and transporting the family's belongings to a newer, more spacious home in the Hills!
The new pad is a contemporary 5,500 square-foot, five-bedroom piece of property with a large playroom.
Nicole and Joel are moving into their new home just in time, as their second child will be arriving anytime soon!
