On the 7th of July Nicole Richie and her daughter Harlow where spotted out and about in Los Angeles. The Mother-Daughter duo were looking very cute.

There's a story in the enquirer about joel drinking, partying and flirting with other girls. The problem is that it was actually Benji and not Joel. The pics are on X17.
forget whaat I said joel was there a wek later too. I hope it isn'nt true. Unless the enquirer already had the story about benji and decided to switch the name. either way sucks for him.
