Nicole Richie and Harlow Madden where spotted out and about in Los Angeles.
The Madden girls where heading over to a friends party.
Nicole Richie joined in on the festive fun and painted an icicle on her face.
I love Nicole Richie's hair in the braided style!I'd love to do it on my hair but it just dosen't work for me.
