Nicole Richie stepped out in a Winter Kate laser cut leather skirt, Thierry Mugler cut out back top, Jimmy choo heels, House Of Harlow 1960 jewels and a vintage yellow Chanel purse for the 5th annual Sunset Strip Music Festival in Los Angeles.
