Nicole Richie was recently awarded 'Entrepreneur of the year' by Glamour magazine's Women Of The Year awards for her successful clothing line Winter Kate and accessory collection House Of Harlow 1960.

Nicole Richie is featured alongside other award winners such as Yoko Ono, Anna Friel, Zoe Saldana, Lily Allen and many other outstanding Women in this months issue of Glamour magazine.

Nicole Richie's friend Kelly Sawyer posted this twitpic of lastnight's events inside the Glamour awards with Nicole Richie.

Kelly wrote -

"Me and my hairdresser @nicolerichie at the UK glamour awards."

I wonder if Nicole did her own hair for the event, I remember she told me that her second career choice would of been a hair stylist!

Glamour Awards 2010 : What Nicole wore

Nicole Richie was looking radiant lastnight at the Glamour 2010 Women of the year awards.

Thanks to Nicole's stylist Simone Harouche I can tell you who designed Nicole Richie's dress.

The beautiful satin pink floor length gown was custom made from Winter Kate and designed by Nicole Richie herself.

Nicole Richie always adds her stamp of originality at all red carpet events and nothing says original more than wearing a dress designed by yourself!

I think the dress is beautiful, I love the draped effect at the bottom of the dress and although it is plain it has a luxurious shine.

Nicole is wearing a floor length peach dress accessorised with a few simple bracelets.

Nicole Richie won an award presented by Philip green for entrepreneur of the year for her house of harlow 1960 brand.
