Eliza is dating Nicole Richie's husband's twin Bro, Benji Madden.
It's great to see Nicole out & about in LA, feels like it has been a while since she is now a very busy bee!
Nicole wore the Winter Kate 'padma' dress for her Girl's Day Out.
