Nicole Richie is in Las Vegas tonight for her NYE celebrations!
Nicole is there with her husbands band Good Charlotte as they will be performing at the Paris hotel.
Joel and Benji Madden will perform a DJ set on the roof top of Chateau Gardens to ring in 2012.
