of course people are going to vote for nicole richie on a NICOLE RICHIE website! I think she wore it ok, but runway was the best.
Oh, see, I honestly believe Nicole wore it best. With her skin tone and hair color. The others just get washed out. I wish I could see all of Nicole's accessories though. That could sway me.
