Nicole Richie was spotted yesterday (9th November) heading to the salon.
Nicole's new hair colour is growing on me and it looks great tousled.
Nicole Richie wore a classic blue denim jacket, matched with a black dress over black tights. Nicole completed the look with a fabulous pair of Christian Loboutin ankle boots. Nicole was carrying a red jumbo chanel bag, the jumbo Chanel's are my favourite!
