Spotted: Nicole Richie out and about

Nicole Richie was spotted out and about in Los Angeles earlier this week (15th July.)

Nicole Richie opted for a casual look and teamed a black tee, over a white 'tee with a pair of classic blue denim jeans, black ankle boots and a black slouched beanie hat.

I love the thrown together look of the tshirt layering.
