Yesterday afternoon (8th May) Nicole Richie was spotted leaving her Pilates class in the Studio City district of LA.
Pilates is considered to be one of the best forms of exercise for pregnant woman as it helps to maintain and improve the condition of abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.

It also strengthens the back, allowing for an easier pregnancy, delivery and recovery.



"Had a very athletic day.
Pilates, and swim class.
Oh yes, and I exercised my mouth by eating Sharkeys."
I've never actually tried Pilates, is it any better than Yoga?
I've been doing Yoga alot lately on the Wiifit board .. but i'm not sure if that counts as real Yoga!?
But i am a pro!!
