On March 16th Nicole Richie was spotted outside her LA home looking pretty and casual ..
Nicole Richie was wearing a simple blue tunic dress with black gladiator style sandals.

I am loving Nicole's long locks at the moment, i think she really suits the fringe or as some may say 'bangs' .. i love it!!
