Nicole Richie was pictured mid last year in a photoshoot to promote the Simple Life 5 and Nicole was wearing a pair of Fernandis cuffs.
These cuffs where designed in the early 80's by Fernandis and they have a beautiful textured and quilted design. 
Nicole Richie purchased these Fernandis cuffs from Decades a vintage store located on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. Jennifer Lopez was even a major fan of the Fernandis jewelled cuffs that the Decades store loaned them out for her to wear on a photoshoot for an album cover!
I am going to Los Angeles the end of June and Decades is one of the stores i'd most like to visit.
