I am unsure of the issue date of this magazine.
I do think it is possibly the latest edition but then i can't explain why she has short hair!
If anyone knows the official date this magazine was issued, then please let me know.
I really want this magazine to add to my collection.

It's the newest one, it's from F/W 08.09, so I'm sure you'd be able to find it online!
