I am loving Nicole's wet-look high waisted skirt. Nicole has been seen wearing alot of high waisted skirts recently. They are flattering for most shapes and sizes, which is a good thing!I've noticed alot of girls lately (especially around where i am from) trying to rock the whole wearing a band around their forehead wether it be a scarf or a jewelled hair piece.
I typically consider this as a Nicole Richie trademark although i know a certain rocker was doing it years before Nicole was born.
What i am trying to say is i just don't think this style suits everyone, most the girls who try to wear it just don't suit it.
So if you are considering pulling off this style and you think you look a little silly wearing it then it probably means you can't work the style & it is best to not wear it!
