Joel Madden turns 29 today!
Nicole Richie was spotted shopping for party pieces for Joel's birthday. Nicole was also seen visiting sweet lady Jane's cake shop in West Hollywood.
I'm sure Nicole bought an amazing cake for Joel much better than the tacky one Paris bought for Benji.
According to the rumours Nicole picked up a card from her self to Joel which read"Pushing 30!"
She also purchased a birthday card on behalf of Harlow Madden which read
"You're the best Dad ever and i'm not pulling your leg."
