Nicole Richie wore a gold lame dress by Marc Jacobs to the CFDA awards back in June of this year. Miley wore the exact same dress this weekend on the UK X-Factor.
Both ladies kept it simple - Nicole with sleeked back hair, Miley with a plain jewelled turban.
