In the first week of the "Text CHILD to 90999" campaign, 1,825 people from almost every state in the US have text-messaged close to $10,000 to help build a playground for the kids at Beyond Shelter.

That's an average of $1,400 every day from individual $5 donations.

The playground's cost is $35,000. RichieMadden expect to raise the additional $25,000 in the next few weeks -- and they need your continued help.
