Guest Blog: Kolbie Richardson on Candidly Nicole

Kolbie Richardson of Filthy Goregous Fashion blog gives us the low down on how she recreated Nicole Richie's 'Tramp Stamp' Candidly Nicole style.

I couldn't wait to watch Nicole Richie's new web series Candidly Nicole and after watching the first episode, I fell in love with her leopard button down and the floppy hat she wore.

About the Outfit:To recreate her look,I had a leopard button-down-that I found at Buffalo Exchange for 12 bucks! It looks super similar to the one Nicole wears in the episode so it was perfect.
I then noticed Nicole has been rocking oversized boyfriend jeans a lot lately so I literally found had an old pair in my house from my brother that I tried on and magically they gave the same look as Nicole's and were also super comfortable. If you don't have a guy to steal their jeans from, then I recommend going out and looking for a cheaper pair of boyfriend style jeans that fit you well for the same effect.
To complete the look, I had to "top off" my outfit with a floppy hat like Nicole is always spotted wearing, this was from H&M and I think I paid around 15 bucks for it! Also, I had to tie in some signature Nicole Richie pieces so I added my "Nicole" Sunglasses and my favorite boots, the House of Harlow 1960 Tate Boot in black. I have been collecting House of Harlow 1960 and Winter Kate pieces for the last three years (I know some things can be pricey) and have gotten pretty crafty at scouring the internet for deals on House of Harlow 1960 and Winter Kate items. I have found that House of Harlow 1960 sunglasses and shoes are the greatest investment pieces. Not only do these particular pieces almost go with everything in my closet, they also give a high-end feel to my favorite everyday outfits.
