I don't think she is. She wouldn't be doing a juice cleanse if she was. It wouldn't be the healthiest thing for a baby. Besides, the way her stomach is formed in the little black dress pics and Oscar afterparty pics, she isn't preggers. Her stomach was formed that way only a bit bigger back in the bikini pics from her bachelorette party. She hasn't completely lost the weight from Sparrow in her tummy. And with Joel having been gone for the past few weeks on tour, If she was pregnant It would have happened before he left and her tummy would be bigger.
