It has been a while since we have seen any new candids of Nicole Richie as she has been laying low lately.
Nicole popped back up on the paparazzi radar yesterday (July 16th) whilst out and about in Los Angeles running errands.
Nicole Richie was looking lovely in pretty plaits, her Tom Ford hat, Ray Ban Aviators, Winter Kate 'Tallulah' tank, thrashed denim jeans and black ankle booties.
