Harlow Winter Kate Madden's playdate

Newly pregnant Nicole Richie was spotted out and about with her daughter Harlow Madden on the 24th Feb heading to a friends house ..

Later on that today Nicole Riche was spotted again leaving the hotel roosevelt after a photoshoot ..

her hair and make up looks great!!
