I heard it has been pretty rainy over in Los Angeles the past week!
Nicole Richie and her cute daughter Harlow where spotted out and about in the unusually dull LA weather.
Nicole Richie found a positive in the dull weather and had the chance to wear a pair of green wellington boots. She matched a grey striped hoodie with her boots and accesorised with aviators.
