Nicole Richie was looking fabulous earlier this week when she attended the Art of Elysium’s event.

Nicole Richie opted for her popular braided hair look and teamed it with a stunning white Jasmine de Milo dress.

A close eye from entertainmentwist.com spotted that Nicole Richie's strapless bra also made an appearance.

I personally don't think it is that bad of a red carpet no-no its much better than seeing a full boob!!
