Nicole Richie and daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden where pictured in store at Barneys.

Nicole didn't look too happy to be pictured.

Don't you think the paparazzi are taking it a step to far following a Mother and child inside a building!?

Hopefully one day there will be more laws against where they can follow people.
