We are so used to seeing celebs in brand new outfits and on a rare occasion they will wear an outfit more than once, which is why i think it is great that Nicole Richie has been spotted recently wearing an outfit that she once wore over 2 years ago!

and again, she wears it a lot better now. Her body is a lot healthier and sexier then it was back in 2006, so everything she wears looks a lot better.
