Nicole was seen with Harlow pictured in the carrier in the front leaving the back of a hotel with an unknown lady. Perhaps Joel's Mum!?Nicole was heading to Atlantic City where Joel and his band Good Charlotte where playing.

I'm about 99% sure that is not Joel's mum as the last time I saw a picture of Robin, she had dark hair and was much heavier.
