Nicole Richie recently attended JCPenney to celebrate the launch of their Jacques Penné , holiday boutique.
Whilst at the event Nicole revealed to Hello Giggles that day to day she does not wear foundation and her skin glow is thanks to French skincare brand Biologique Recherche.
I mean .. look at the glow!
