Winter Kate & House Of Harlow 1960 Fall 2011 preview

Summer is only just upon us but Nicole Richie is one step ahead, her Fall 2011 collection of Winter Kate and House Of Harlow 1960 are in the final stages of production and I have a little sneaky peek for you!

House Of Harlow 1960 Fall 2011

House Of Harlow Fall has a more vintage-inspired look this season. It is a take on the signature House Of Harlow pieces but in new shapes.

All of the fringing is inspired by Nicole Richie's collection of vintage pieces, and she has incorporated the "evil eye" in a lot of the fall line.

House Of Harlow 1960 Fall 2011 will be big on emeralds and we will see the return of the headpieces that have been absent for a couple of seasons.

Winter Kate Fall 2011

Nicole Richie stays true to her bohemian style for the Fall 11 collection of Winter Kate, she has incorporated a mix of prints, flowy fitting blouses and luxe velvet.

The Kimono's and bed jackets will still be a strong look in the collection and will be available in new fabrics consisting of fringing and embroidery.

The collection is ever growing and inspired by Nicole Richie's personal vintage collection.

How I Wear Winter Kate

Last night I was out for a friends birthday so I took the opportunity to wear my beautiful Winter Kate peacock jacket.

If you have never seen this jacket face to face I recommend you should, it is the softest silk and the peacock print is so striking!

I would say this is my favourite Winter Kate piece but I seem to say that about all of the Winter Kate items I own, Winter Kate just keeps on getting better!

Nicole Richie Rocks The Red Leather

Nicole Richie was sporting a stunning red leather Simone Jacket by Katie Nehra during Paris Fashion Week.

Cheryl Cole also rocked a red leather Joseph 'perfecto' jacket early in December last year.

The fashionista's jackets are almost identical with the quilted detail on the arm and biker fit, they could practically be mistaken for wearing the same look as they both completed the outfit with faded skinny jeans.
