Nicole Richie was spotted (30th May) leaving Rachel Zoe's memorial day party in Los Angeles.
Nicole looked very LA cool in a relaxed floral dress with a denim studded vest, Vintage Chanel bag and House Of Harlow 1960 'Valery' wedges.
It's nice to see Nicole Richie back out and about!
